Research use only

Everything we sell is supplied as a laboratory reference chemical for in-vitro research — not a medicine, food, supplement, cosmetic, or veterinary product, and not licensed for use in or on a human or animal body. We don't make claims about what any product does, and nothing here counts as medical, veterinary, or professional advice.

Ordering confirms the declaration at checkout: that you're buying for in-vitro research only, and that you have the knowledge and facilities to handle these materials safely. Every product page carries a Safety Data Sheet and Certificate of Analysis for that batch — read them before you order. We don't answer questions about human use and won't process an order where the enquiry itself points that way; those get declined in writing and the account gets flagged. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for storing and handling everything you buy safely, for using it only in a lawful research context, and for meeting whatever laws apply to you. Anyone handling these products should be suitably qualified to do so.

UK delivery only

At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom. We don't currently accept or fulfil orders for delivery outside the UK. If that changes, we'll update this section before opening up international orders.

Orders, pricing, payment

Prices are in GBP and can change without notice; you pay whatever the price was when you ordered. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment clears and we confirm it. We can decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including under our research-use policy. If a price was wrong because of a listing error or site fault, we can cancel and refund in full, or offer an equivalent replacement.

Delivery

See our Delivery page for services, timescales, and restrictions. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received payment in full. If a courier returns a parcel to us — wrong address, failed delivery, refused delivery — we need it back in hand before we can refund or replace, even if you didn't arrange the return yourself.

Returns, refunds, cancellation

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: tell us at CustomerService@rpuk.store as soon as you notice, ideally with photos, and we'll replace or refund.

Research compounds: these are sealed, temperature-sensitive materials — once they've left our facility we can't verify how they've been stored, so they're excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

Everything else: consumers can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the item unused and unopened for a refund. You cover return postage; we refund within 14 days of getting it back.

You can cancel any order free of charge any time before it ships. Lost in transit — we'll refund or replace once the carrier confirms it.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law of England and Wales won't let us exclude.

Beyond that, our liability on any order is capped at what you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Products are supplied on the basis of what you declared at checkout — what happens after delivery, in terms of storage, handling, or use, is on you.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, images, product copy, code — belongs to us or is licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. www.RPUK.store and its logo are our trade marks. You can view, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use; anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Using this site

We aim to keep the site accurate and running, but we don't promise it'll always be available or error-free, and we can fix, change, or pull content at any time. Links to other sites are for convenience — we're not responsible for what's on them.

Don't use the site unlawfully, try to interfere with how it runs, or post anything defamatory, obscene, or illegal. We can suspend or close accounts that breach this.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms by publishing a new version here with a new date. Whichever version was live when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.

Events outside our control

We're not liable for delay or failure caused by things outside our reasonable control — carrier or customs delays, supplier shortages, lost shipments. If something like that affects your order, we'll let you know as soon as we reasonably can.

General

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms are the whole agreement between us covering your use of the site and your orders. They're governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction — though if you're a consumer based elsewhere in the UK, you can still rely on your home nation's courts and consumer protections.
